An established industry player is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee to embark on a rewarding journey in retail management. The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Trainees perform assigned work to gain experience in management skills, understand key business aspects like building customer loyalty through exceptional service, and learn CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisory positions, supporting store management in driving performance and enhancing customer loyalty. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
Required: Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication skills, flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Preferred: Retail experience.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Time type: Part time
Pay range: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and location.
