A leading company in health solutions is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor Trainee. This entry-level position offers training for future supervisory roles, emphasizing customer service and operational management. The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position that prepares an employee for higher-level supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs tasks as directed to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities, completes basic operations and management skills training, and learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service) and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions. These leadership roles support the CVS Store Management team by driving store execution and performance, and by building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations or Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and is responsible for completing all opening and closing procedures.
