ROMARK PENNSYLVANIA LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support our fast-paced 3PL operations. The role focuses on training, performance feedback, shift prioritization, and leadership to ensure accurate, safe operations across the warehouse.

Requirements include 1–3 years supervising a logistics environment, knowledge of shipping/receiving, and strong communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and warehouse systems is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory/management experience in materials & logistics.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving, warehouse, inventory and material handling operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential situations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Administers training and certification for safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Assists Area Manager with periodic performance reviews.
• Prioritizes workload and communicates priorities across the shift with Team Leader and staff.
• Provides leadership and fosters positive employee relations.
• Addresses maintenance/repair issues and communicates with Area Manager.
• Mentors and coaches employees and team leaders to drive productivity.

We value respect, flexibility, hard work, and doing the right thing, always.What You’ll DoShift: Thurs-Sat 6a-6p; flexibility to work additional hours based on workload and operational needs is required.As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our fast-paced 3PL operations by:Administers training and certification processes to ensure that all employees are capable of operating material handling equipment (MHE) in a safe and productive manner.Assists the Area Manager in the completion of periodic performance reviews.Provides continual feedback on both positive and negative performance using informal discussions; recommends formal progressive disciplinary action to Area Manager.Responsible for prioritizing workload assignments and communicating priorities throughout the shift; works closely with the Team Leader and employees to correct errors and resolve day-to-day process problems.Provides leadership on the shift and fosters positive employee relations through effective communication.Ensures any maintenance or repair issues for the building facilities, vehicles and equipment area addressed and communicated to the Area Manager.Actively pursues feedback from employees to identify and resolve process or procedural issues to improve productivity and expedite workflow within the shift.Examine and monitor Warehouse employees work for exactness, neatness and conformance to quality and productivity standards, common practice and procedures; provides mentoring, coaching, and suggests training in the cultivation and development of employees and team leaders.Exemplifies safe work behaviors and champions safe work practices with all employees.Participates in special projects and assignments as required.Performs other duties as assignedWe offer an excellent benefit and compensation package.Medical, prescription, vision, and dental.Paid time off and holidays.Paid Life Insurance, STD, and LTD.401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan.Salary Range: $65k-70k/yearSuccessful completion of a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check are required for all qualified applicants.EOEWhat We’re Looking forWe’re looking for candidates who:1-3 years supervisory/management experience in a materials and logistics environment.Knowledge of shipping/receiving, warehouse, inventory and material handling operations, methods, and practices.Leadership: previously demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.Strong computer skills related to the use of Microsoft Office products, warehouse and inventory management systems and productivity tracking software.Strong communication skills (written, oral) along with a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.Ability to operate and train employees on all equipment associated within a warehousing environment (forklift, deep reach, walkie, RF scanner).
