Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving lifting and moving items.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order processing and timely service delivery.
• Stock and replenish supplies as needed to support uninterrupted operations.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately when required.
