Job summary

Taco Bell in Southaven, MS is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to provide management coverage during operating hours and supervise unit operations. You will train employees, address guest service needs, and model professional skills to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, product quality and speed of service.

The AGM will oversee shifts, staffing, scheduling, and daily inventories, while upholding company standards and safe operations, and coordinating with HR on issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a shift management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take accurate orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink according to standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with laws.
• Hire, onboard, and develop Taco Bell employees.
• Address safety concerns and report issues to management and HR.
• Conduct daily food-safety and prep audits.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllable expenses to meet margins.
