Job summary

Church's Chicken in Phoenix seeks a Shift Leader to coach Team Members, ensure accurate paperwork and supervise daily operations. You will monitor customer service quality, oversee cash handling, and enforce safety standards while maintaining a clean, efficient restaurant environment.

Requirements include being 18+, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate the POS system. Prior ServSafe training is recommended, with opportunities to advance within the Cajun Operating Company family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Coach and supervise Team Members during shifts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and assist Team Members as needed.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Open and close duties as required on Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Ensure on-time attendance for all employees.
