CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Knoxville, TN to support store management, drive store execution, and ensure exceptional customer service. As the acting lead when managers are unavailable, you will help with opening/closing duties and maintain a smooth operation throughout shifts.

You will oversee staff, supervise tasks, and uphold CVS quality standards while coordinating with management to sustain customer loyalty and a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical abilities, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Price, stock, and merchandize weekly promotional items and displays.
• Coordinate with management to drive store performance.
