Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for customers and partners alike. You will coach team members, uphold quality beverages and food, and maintain store standards to create meaningful moments.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across shifts, manage tasks, support scheduling, and help deliver outstanding customer experiences during mornings, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
