Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a welcoming community space. You will coach team members, ensure consistent beverage and food quality, handle cash, and maintain store safety and guest satisfaction.

Flexible scheduling is required, with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to thrive in this role and contribute to a positive customer experience.
