Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in California is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a warm, welcoming space for the community and guiding partners to deliver quality beverages and food.

You will supervise team members, ensure cash handling and store safety, coach staff on standards and recipes, and coordinate tasks to meet store goals while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
