STARBUCKS COFFEE COMPANY in San Diego is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six months of experience in a customer-facing or service role.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to team members.
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
