Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure high-quality beverages and food, and create a welcoming space for customers and the community.

You will coach team members, manage shift tasks, and uphold store safety and cash handling standards while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the store a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct beverage and food preparation to standard recipes and customer customizations.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate shifts for smooth operations.
• Handle cash and maintain store safety and security in accordance with policies.
