Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a store shift, deliver quality beverages and food, and ensure a welcoming community space in North Las Vegas. You will coach teammates, manage daily operations, and uphold cash handling and safety policies while maintaining attendance and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role with regular customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively in a retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
