Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will oversee daily service, coach team members, maintain quality beverages and food, handle cash and safety, and collaborate with partners to deliver memorable moments.

The role requires at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, strong communication and teamwork, and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
