Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Ardmore, PA is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will model standards, support a friendly team, and ensure consistent quality in beverages and food offerings.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
