Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team and ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience for customers in Charlotte. You will coach food and beverage preparation, manage daily store operations, and support safety and cash handling procedures.
