Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Starbucks Operations team in Seattle. Reporting to the Site Leader, you will help execute store operations during shifts and deploy baristas to maintain the Starbucks Experience.

You will model standards, lead a busy shift, train new teammates, and provide feedback to ensure quality beverages, timely service, and safe, compliant operations across all tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership in retail or cafe settings.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced cafe environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity and promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks and Gopuff.
• Stay calm during high volume periods to keep store operations to standard and set a positive example for the shift team.
• Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment for cues.
• Communicate information to manager so the team can respond to create a great working environment.
• Assist with new employee training by coaching and reinforcing performance.
• Provide feedback to manager on employee performance during shifts.
• Coach baristas with clear, timely guidance to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop positive relationships with shift team and address motivations and concerns.
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts and organize opening/closing duties.
