Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Starbucks Operations team in Cicero, IL. Reporting to the Site Leader, you will assist in executing store operations, deploy baristas, and delegate tasks to deliver fast, accurate orders while upholding Starbucks and Gopuff standards.

You will train new staff, coach teams, and maintain a positive work environment across shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join Team Blue at Gopuff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail/grocery/restaurant; cafe leadership preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward new team members.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Focus on quality and take pride in your work.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Organize opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products by following recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Train and coach new employees with clear feedback.
• Build positive relationships with shift team and address needs.
