Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Starbucks Operations team in Nashville. Reporting to the Site Leader, you will help ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery, deploying baristas and assigning tasks to deliver the Starbucks Experience.

You will model Gopuff and Starbucks standards, coach baristas, organize opening and closing duties, and maintain attendance while adapting to varying shifts, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant settings.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.
• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward new team members.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and adherence to multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity and promotes the culture, values and mission of Starbucks and Gopuff.
• Maintains calm demeanor during high volume to keep store operations to standard.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment for cues.
• Communicates information to manager so the team can respond effectively.
• Provides coaching to baristas on shift to ensure quality and performance.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts and handles opening/closing.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
