Responsibilities

• Oversees cash management duties. Counts down registers, tracks cash and coupons for accountability.
• Assists management with inventory control and stock ordering and ensures food quality standards.
• Communicates daily job assignments on each shift and manages FOH/BOH tasks.
• Resolves complaints promptly and maintains clean, organized work areas.
