• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume operations.
• Greets customers and takes orders professionally and promptly.
• Oversees cash handling duties and processes daily reports.
• Assists management with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Prepares pizzas and other menu items as required.
• Cleans, stocks and restocks work stations and display cases.
