Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers and takes orders professionally and promptly.
• Oversees cash management duties, counts down registers, tracks cash and coupons for accountability.
• Ensures food quality, cleanliness and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Assists with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Cross-trains and coordinates scheduling with team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
