Job summary

Recovery Sports Grill Charleston is seeking a dynamic, entry-level leader to join as a Shift Supervisor in Charleston, WV. The role may also include serving and bartending shifts to maintain full-time associate status.

Qualified candidates will have prior serving or bartending experience, be at least 18 years old, and hold Serve Safe and TIPS certifications. Weekend and holiday availability is often required, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous serving and/or bartending experience.
• Serve Safe certification required.
• TIPS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Fill in for managers in their absence and assist with operations.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served per standards.
• Manage cash handling and reconciliations per policy.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service across shifts.
