Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help preserve a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment.

In this full-time role, you will supervise daily operations, stock shelves, merchandise displays, and resolve customer questions while upholding CVS policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
