Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in the Great Neck area. The role supports the CVS Store Management team to drive store execution, loyalty, and customer service, including opening/closing procedures in the absence of a manager.

Key duties include supervising staff, assisting customers, pricing merchandize, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays, while ensuring confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends; adjust as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is absent and ensure smooth store operations.
• Open and close procedures are completed accurately.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints to promote service.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
