When managers are offsite, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff when manager is absent.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Direct and follow up on activities across the store.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signages, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
