What You’ll Do: As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts, ensure team members provide excellent customer service, complete their duties, and follow brand standards and food safety requirements. You will also assist in training new hires and monitor compliance with cash handling policies.

• Lead team activities on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service, engage positively, and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures according to policies.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Follow proper food handling procedures.
• Perform kitchen tasks like prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of available products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Report observations or issues to management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Essential Experience & Skills: Cash handling and customer service experience required. Leadership experience preferred. Ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers.

Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift at least 40 pounds, speak and understand instructions, work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain attendance and punctuality.
