Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for associates and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards of performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management; ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in coffee or cafe service and supervisory roles.
• Experience in branded, fast-casual service environments such as Starbucks preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay Range

$28.00 to $37.00 per hour.
