Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. This role requires coaching, mentoring, and leading by example on the shop floor.

You will manage opening and closing duties, cash reconciliation, and daily store operations, with a focus on teamwork and personal branding in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to hit sales and service targets desirable.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Carry out start/end of day cash reconciliation and related cash-handling tasks.
• Assist with opening and closing the store on a rotating basis.
• Contribute to delivering inspirational, personalized customer service to achieve targets.
