Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules for associates.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers and discipline underperforming staff.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage career advancement.
