Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations and boosting customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you will lead the team, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Responsibilities cover supervision, customer relations, and merchandise presentation, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency in daily store activities.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking are required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues following company policy.
• Price, stock, and present merchandise; execute weekly and promotional displays; maintain shelves and departments.
