CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team at CVS Pharmacy. You will lead the staff when managers are not onsite, ensure store operations run smoothly, and help deliver excellent customer service.

Key duties include supervising crew, handling customer questions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed accurately. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is not onsite.
• Supervise crew by assigning tasks, directing activities and following up.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crew.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Handle customer relations in line with policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute weekly, promotional and seasonal displays and resets.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
