Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Shift Supervisor for a part-time role in Morgantown, WV. You will assist the General Manager, supervise store staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining regulatory compliance and a high level of customer service.

The position requires a High School Diploma, prior management and cash handling experience, and strong communication skills in English. Expect up to 25 hours weekly with evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service areas.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members; operate electronic equipment; understand safety procedures.

ROLESUMMARY

TheShift Supervisor willbe responsible forassistingthe General Manager/Assistant General Managerinleadership andsupervision of store personnel, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuring the efficient dailyoperationof the store. This roleis responsible forensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
• and retail processes
• Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diplomarequired
• Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
• Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer, scanner, printer, etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices
• Abilitytointeract with customers and team members respectfully and politely

ADDITIONAL MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

• Mustpossessa valid driver's license and passaMVR background check (delivery locations only)
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces
• Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public;observe/inspect details at varying ranges;operatecomputing devices
• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; positionself and/orobjects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)
• Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids to perform all functions of the position
• Occasionally required to remain in a seated position

WORKSCHEDULE

• Up to 25hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
