Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the General Manager in leading store staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role focuses on achieving KPIs, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position reports to the General Manager and requires prior retail or customer service experience, including cash handling. Working hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AGM in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily operation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Open/close procedures and basic supervision of staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Coach, train, and develop team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.

ROLESUMMARY

The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
• and retail processes
• Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diplomarequired
• Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
• Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer, scanner, printer, etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices
• Abilitytointeract with customers and team members respectfully and politely

ADDITIONAL MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only)
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including tightspaces
• Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public; observe/inspect details at varying ranges; operate computing devices
• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; position self and/or objects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)
• Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids to perform all functions of the position
• Occasionally required to remain in a seated position

WORKSCHEDULE:

Up to40hoursweeklywithflexiblehoursdependingonstoreneeds. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
