Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Shift Supervisor in a retail setting. The role supports the General Manager in leading store staff, meeting performance metrics, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will help ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The position requires a high school diploma, prior management and cash handling experience, and strong communication skills in English. The job is full-time with evenings, weekends, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service, is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/AGM in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs; communicate changes to staff.
• Provide coaching and training to the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory; handle patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners and safeguard confidentiality.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Salary: $19.00/hourly

ROLESUMMARY

The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff

and retail processes

Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising

Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations

Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees

Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives

Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory

Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations

Maintain professional working relationships with business partners

Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance

Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

High School Diplomarequired

Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus

ADDITIONAL MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

Mustpossessa valid driver’s license and passaMVR background check (delivery locations only)

Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies

Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces
