You'll run a night shift at our customer's rubber products manufacturing plant in north Georgia, directing one shift lead and about 20 hourly associates who keep production supplied and finished product moving. You report to the Department Manager.
This is a hands‑on supervisor role. You'll spend most of your shift on the floor with your team — covering a position when someone's out, jumping on equipment when volume picks up, and staying close enough to the work to catch problems before they slow the line. The people who do well in this seat lead by working alongside their crew, not by managing from a desk.
