Job summary

Braum's in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew, ensure quality and service, and drive sales on a rotating 3-week schedule. The role entails a 45-hour week, with shift times from 2:00 pm to close, and reports to the Assistant Manager.

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00 (annually $40,000 - $43,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.

Work Schedule:
