An established industry player in flexible packaging is looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead their Die Cut and Print operations. ABOUT LMI PACKAGING
LMI is a third-generation family-owned business with over 50 years in the flexible packaging market. We produce heat seal lidding for the food and beverage markets. We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee our Printing and Die Cutting Operations.
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Shift Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and directing the work of the Die Cut and Print operations during the shift, focusing on safety, quality management, and productivity.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Previous experience with Die Cutting or Printing operations a plus.
Standing and walking, occasionally for long periods, within manufacturing facilities.
Capable of working an 8-10 hour shift (Monday - Friday), some weekends may be required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
PPE including hairnets, safety glasses/goggles, ear protection, and steel-toe shoes are required to be worn in production areas.
