The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned tasks to develop management skills, learns key business aspects like building customer loyalty through exceptional service, and understands CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support the store management team in driving store performance and enhancing customer loyalty through excellent service. The pay range reflects the base hourly rate or salary for the job grade; actual compensation depends on experience, education, location, and other factors.
