The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The role involves performing assigned work to develop supervisory skills, completing management training, and understanding key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and embracing CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for consideration for promotion to open supervisory positions.
