This entry-level position includes management training, customer service responsibilities, and a flexible schedule to enhance store operations efficiently. Successful trainees may be promoted to supervisory roles upon completing the program.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The role involves performing duties as directed to develop supervisory skills, completing management training, and learning about key aspects of the business, including customer service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisory positions.
