CVS Health is looking for a Shift Supervisor Trainee in Baldwin Park, California. This entry-level role is designed to prepare you for supervisory positions, focusing on management skills and exceptional customer service. Trainees will directly support store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience while developing essential management abilities.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Trainees perform assigned work to develop management skills, complete training, and learn about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and understanding CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the program, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support the store management team in driving store performance and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and oversees opening and closing procedures.
