Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

Customer Satisfaction:

• Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options available.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and reports inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Completes all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties satisfactorily.
• Works weekends and demonstrates responsibility when Site Manager is off site.
• Enforces all safety policies and understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs, including cleaning out solenoid.
• Reports to work on time and follows dress and appearance code.

Duties And Job Breakdown Percentages

• 60% Customer Interaction
• 30% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
• 5% Opening/Closing Procedures
• 5% Basic Troubleshooting

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication, active listening, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and recommend wash memberships.
• Ability to work as a team and learn a point of sales system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions, including working in damp, humid, outdoor conditions, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.

Physical Demands

Frequently standing, walking, using hands, reaching, climbing, crouching, and kneeling. Must work in variable weather conditions and wear PPE as required.

Experience

Customer service and some car wash experience preferred.

Working Environment

Outdoor car wash environment with moderate to loud noise levels, requiring adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and PPE usage.

Supervision Received

Works with minimal direction and periodic supervision.
