Papa Murphy's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our team in a busy pizza store. You will model leadership, ensure guest service, food quality, and safety while upholding the company values.

You will wear the uniform, train staff, manage cash, scheduling, and daily paperwork. This role requires reliable attendance, basic computer skills, and good communication. Franchise operations vary per location.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• At least six months experience in QSR environment.
• Food Handlers Card and Serve Safe certified preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, peers and guests.
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Exhibit readiness by arriving on time in clean uniform.
• Ensure staff are in uniform, clocked in and at stations on time.
• Walk-through to ensure store is clean, stocked and ready for business.
• Supervise team to maintain guest service, food quality, sanitation, safety.
• Handle cash and secure funds; supervise labor and breaks.
• Complete opening/closing duties and daily paperwork in POS.
• Maintain prepped product and ensure availability of items.
• Address emergencies, complaints, and equipment issues per standards.
• Train and develop team members on shift as directed.
• Travel to bank to deposit funds and handle change.
