Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating 2+ employees.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of employees to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain store standards including cash handling, safety, and security.
• Deliver welcoming, customer-focused service and resolve issues promptly.
