Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards for quality beverages/foods, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• At least six months delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Direct the work of others and coach shifts to ensure great service.
• Oversee food/beverage preparation to standard recipes and customization requests.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety and security during your shift.
