Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
• Ensures staff are on task, uphold quality assurance standards, and keep the operation clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing and confirms signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
