Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policies.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management on quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact for time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
