Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for shift supervisor roles at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH. We offer full-time and part-time positions with open availability. Pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour.

Prior customer service experience is required and supervisory experience is a plus. Online applications are accepted only at this location. Direct the activities of associates during a shift, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• One to two years of previous customer service experience is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers and reward high performers or address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
