Qualifications

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift while ensuring policy and procedure are followed.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management on quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employee questions or time-off requests.
